TOPIC: I need help with my order regarding a return, damage or exchange.
We are sorry to hear you have an issue with your purchase. We are here to help and want to make this right, please read this article closely to ensure we can help you as soon and as best possible.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Fresh Beauty Co. guarantees full money back refund without questions if you are dissatisfied in any way prior to the product(s) being opened and used. Your return must meet the following conditions:
- Notification and return must be within 30 days of receiving the order.
- The items must be unused, undamaged and unopened including the clear coverings
- A photo must be provided of the returned items, along with your feedback, Full name, Email address, Phone number and Order number.
We regret we cannot offer a refund once the product has been opened and used, they will be inspected on return. Our site is aimed at customers who have already purchased and experienced the product(s), either its use in the case of skincare, smell in terms of perfume, or colour in terms of makeup.
In case of a change of mind, please note that we can only provide a store credit and will not be able to issue a refund.

VERY IMPORTANT - If your email is not received as specified above this will cause delays in returns.
Fragrance/Perfume Returns: Fragrances are considered Hazardous Materials. Please select and order all fragrance products with care as we are unable to accept returns on Fragrances due to transportation restrictions. Postal services do not allow the transportation of fragrances through their network.
DAMAGED or FAULTY
We are very sorry you have received damaged products as we do take great pride in our quality packing procedures. Let's get this sorted.
Firstly, can you please email us at support@freshbeautyco.co.nz with the following details:
- A clear photo of the item and the damage to the product.
- Your feedback, Full name, Email address, Phone number and Order number.
We assure you that at Fresh Beauty Co., every product sold is 100% genuine and fresh and sourced from reputable suppliers across the globe. In case there is a fault with your product such as odd smell, texture, colour, please email us at support@freshbeautyco.co.nz with the following details:
- A clear photo of the item with the fault.
- A picture of the batch code of the product.
- Your feedback, Full name, Email address, Phone number and Order number.
Please do note that your email about the damaged/faulty products must be received within 30 days of receiving the order.

ALLERGIC REACTION
If you got an allergic reaction from one of the products received from us, do not worry, we are here to assist you!
Please email us at support@freshbeautyco.co.nz with the following details:
- A clear photo or video of the allergic reaction.
- A clear photo of the item that caused the reaction.
- A picture of the batch code of the product received.
- Your feedback, Full name, Email address, Phone number and Order number.
